As an equivalent, domestic alternative to oak, ash is a promise for the future. Chemical-free thermal treatment makes the color of the ash slightly darker and thus the grain is more evident. Recurring waves are milled into the wood at a 90° angle to the grain, which give the boards a completely different look, depending on the viewing angle and light incidence.
The wood is finished with VOC-free linseed oil, which dries in the air and is absorbed deep into the board. As a result, there is no artificial layer and humans and animals live and walk on real wood.
